BUDGAM: A man was found dead near the Ring Road at Dharmunah in central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Wednesday, officials said.
The deceased was identified as Arif Ahmad Bhat, son of Bashir Ahmad Bhat, a resident of Gotapora Narbal in Budgam.
Police reached the spot after receiving information about the body and initiated proceedings under relevant provisions of law.
Officials said the cause and circumstances of the death were yet to be ascertained. Further investigation is underway.
