Rajouri: An Army soldier died after falling from a forward post along the Line of Control in the Nowshera sector of Rajouri district on Friday, officialy sources said.
Sources told the news agency —Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that Lance Naik Rituk Choudhary, 26, fell from the post towards a downhill ridge.
He was evacuated to the MI Room at Rumlidhara, where he was declared dead on arrival, they said.
The body will be handed over his legal heirs after completing legal formalities.
