The coffee table book, prepared by the Department of Information and Public Relations (DIPR), documents the activities, achievements and milestones of the anti-drug campaign carried out by various departments and stakeholders over the past 100 days.

A documentary titled Andheroon Se Ujaloon Tak (From Darkness to Light), also produced by the DIPR, was screened during the programme. It highlights the efforts of the district administration, police, law enforcement agencies, educational institutions and other stakeholders in raising awareness against drug abuse.

Addressing the gathering, the Deputy Commissioner appreciated the DIPR for documenting the campaign and commended the role of the police, civil administration, educational institutions, Panchayati Raj Institutions, volunteers and civil society organisations in implementing the initiative.

She said the campaign had witnessed encouraging public participation and helped strengthen awareness and community engagement against drug abuse. Stressing that the fight against the drug menace was an ongoing effort, she called for sustained awareness, coordinated enforcement and rehabilitation measures to build on the gains achieved during the campaign.

Senior officers from the civil and police administration, district and sectoral officers, officials and representatives of various departments attended the function.
