SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations on Tuesday conducted the Common Entrance Test (CET) for admission to M.Sc Nursing courses for the academic session 2026-27 at centres in Jammu and Srinagar.
The examination was held at SP College in Kashmir division and at Government Gandhi Memorial Science College in Jammu division, with a total of 447 candidates appearing for the test across the Union Territory.
Officials said adequate arrangements had been made in coordination with the college administrations and law enforcement agencies to ensure smooth conduct of the examination under the guidance of BOPEE Chairperson Minu Mahajan.
The entrance test was conducted under the supervision of staff from the respective institutions, and no incident of misconduct or malpractice was reported from either centre.
The Chairperson, members of the board, the Secretary, Controller of Examinations and other BOPEE officials monitored the conduct of the examination at both centres in Jammu and Srinagar.
The board also expressed gratitude to the staff of the host colleges and officials deployed under the supervision of the respective Deputy Commissioners for ensuring the smooth and successful conduct of the entrance test.
