SRINAGAR: A 25-year-old youth from Budgam district sustained critical injuries in a road accident and was admitted to Bone and Joint Hospital, Barzulla, on Thursday.
The injured has been identified as Manzoor Ahmad Bhat, son of Ali Mohammad Bhat and a resident of Kichwari area of Budgam district.
Hospital sources said the injured was brought to the specialised healthcare facility with multiple injuries and was immediately shifted for medical treatment.
Medical officials said his condition was critical and that he remained under close observation.
The exact location of the accident and the circumstances leading to it could not be immediately ascertained.
