Srinagar: Police in Pulwama recovered a minor girl within 24 hours of her reported kidnapping and apprehended the accused involved in the case.
A written complaint was received at Police Station Pulwama regarding the kidnapping of a 16-year-old girl. Acting on the complaint, Police Station Pulwama registered a case and with the help of technical assistance recovered the minor girl. Her alleged abductor was also arrested, police spokesperson said.
