Srinagar: Security forces have recovered two pistols and some ammunition from Baramulla district of Jammu and Kashmir, police said on Tuesday.
“Baramulla Police, with 52 RR, foiled an illegal arms movement bid and recovered a foreign-made pistol at Chandsuma, Kanispora,” the district police posted on X.
It said during investigation, another pistol, two magazines and 13 live rounds were recovered from Kamalkot area in Uri Tehsil of the district.
The police did not elaborate if any arrests were made in connection with the recoveries.
