Srinagar: Reiterating the government’s commitment to responsive and citizen-centric governance, Advisor to Chief Minister Nasir Aslam Wani on Friday met several public delegations at the Chief Minister’s Public Services and Outreach Office (Raabita) and assured them of timely redressal of their genuine concerns.
During the interactions, Wani heard issues and grievances raised by representatives of various groups and organisations, including the Crusher Owners Association, Jhelum Riverside House Rehabilitation Union, Radio Taxi Drivers Association, delegations of students, employee groups and members of civil society.
The delegations apprised the Advisor of issues concerning their respective sectors and sought intervention from the government for their resolution.
Wani gave a patient hearing to the visiting delegations and took note of the concerns highlighted by them. He assured the representatives that the issues raised during the meetings would be examined and addressed through the appropriate channels.
The Advisor reiterated that the Chief Minister-led government remains committed to ensuring equitable development, efficient public service delivery and effective resolution of issues affecting citizens.
He said the administration is focused on maintaining direct engagement with the public and strengthening institutional mechanisms to address grievances in a timely and transparent manner.
