Srinagar: Srinagar Lok Sabha MP Aga Syed Ruhullah Mehdi on Tuesday called US President Donald Trump “worse than Hitler.”

He was reacting to a social media post in which the president of the country at war with Iran threatened that “a whole civilization will die tonight.”

“This is worse than Hitler. This is Genghis Khan. Calling him a terrorist would be an understatement. If this does not open the eyes of the world, I don’t know what would,” Mehdi said in a post on X.

“This should tell you what Iran is standing up to and this should tell you about the mentality that has subjected the people of Palestine to worst kind of genocide and oppression,” said the National Conference leader.
