While inaugurating the exhibition, Sat Sharma said that Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ji was not merely a political leader but an institution in himself, whose life continues to inspire generations. He said that Atal Ji’s contribution to Indian politics and nation-building remains unparalleled, as he led the country with maturity, balance, and courage even in the most challenging circumstances. Sat Sharma highlighted that Atal Ji strengthened India’s democratic ethos, upheld national interest with firmness, and at the same time maintained dignity in political discourse. He further said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is carrying forward Atal Ji’s legacy by building a strong, self-reliant, and globally respected India.

Ashok Koul said that Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ji symbolized principled politics rooted in ideology, yet open to dialogue and consensus. He emphasized that through Atal Smriti Varsh, the BJP is committed to taking Atal Ji’s ideals to the grassroots, especially among the youth, so that they understand the values of nationalism, good governance, and ethical politics.

He said Atal Ji’s poetry reflected his deep sensitivity towards society and humanity, while his governance laid the foundation for modern infrastructure, connectivity, and strategic strength of India.
