Srinagar: Police in Pulwama arrested absconder Fayaz Ahmad Siraj from Rainawari Srinagar, who was wanted in a case registered in the year 2006 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the RPC at Police Station Pulwama.
