Dabgotra’s achievement comes after his earlier success at the 10th J&K UT Pencak Silat Championship 2025-26, where he clinched a Silver Medal, reflecting his consistent performance and dedication to the sport.

Officials said that Dabgotra’s victory has further strengthened the J&K Police’s position in the national championship. His achievement contributed to the department’s remarkable success as J&K Police secured the overall Pencak Silat trophy in the ongoing All India Police Judo Cluster Championship.

Senior officers congratulated the athlete for his dedication, calling him an inspiration for fellow personnel. “Saksham Dabgotra’s gold medal win is a proud moment for the entire J&K Police family. His commitment to both duty and sports reflects the spirit and discipline that define our force,” a senior police officer said.

The 10th All India Police Judo Cluster 2025 has drawn participants from across India, with officers competing in multiple martial arts and judo events. The championship aims to promote fitness, discipline, and camaraderie among police forces nationwide.
