Baramulla: A 17-year-old boy was found dead at his home in Haigam area of North Kashmir’s Sopore on Monday.
Officials said that a boy was found hanging from a ceiling fan at his home. He was immediately shifted to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead.
The deceased has been identified as Huzaif Ahmad (17), son of Abdul Lateef Ratjer resident of Haigam Sopore.
Meanwhile, police have registered a case in this regard, and an investigation has been taken up.
