The attachment has been made in connection with FIR No. 133/2024 registered at Police Station Sopore under sections 13, 18, 19, 20, 23, 38, 39 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act and section 7/25 of the Arms Act.

During the course of investigation, it was found that the said property was “willfully used for harbouring terrorists and facilitating their stay, thereby aiding the execution of terror activities in the Sopore area”.
