The participants expressed alarm over the moral and social decline in the region and emphasized that retired professionals continue to carry a moral duty to guide and support society.

Participants also highly appreciated the efforts of Mr. Ghulam Ahmad Kwaja, who took the initiative to organize this meeting and travelled all the way from Jammu despite health constraints. His presence rekindled connections with old friends and well-wishers, and he infused the gathering with a new spirit of purpose and unity, which was widely acknowledged as both inspiring and remarkable

A Three-Point Action Agenda will be prepared within a week by an Intellectual Consultative Group, laying out focused strategies for year-long efforts on priority issues.

He remarked that it was not only an honour but also a matter of great pride for him and his organization to host such a gathering of visionary and intellectual figures of J& K who came together to deliberate on some of the most pressing social challenges facing the region.
