As part of this work, the 33KV Bandipora line will remain shut on April 12 and April 16, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM. Consequently, the 33/11KV Receiving Stations at Watlab, Tujjar, and Dooru will remain non-operational during this period. Power supply to Watlab, Tujjar, Dooru, and adjoining areas will be affected.

Similarly, the 33KV Arampora line, under the jurisdiction of STD-1st, will be shut on April 15, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM. This will impact the 33/11KV Receiving Stations at Arampora, Panzipora, Sheer Colony, and Bugoo, affecting the power supply in Arampora, Panzipora, Sheer Colony, Bugoo, and nearby localities.

In a separate development, to facilitate tree-chopping work at Sanoor and conductor stringing over road crossings at Narbal Station and Narbal Bridge, the 33KV Sharifabad–Narbal line will be shut on April 12, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM. This will result in the Narbal and Sanoor receiving stations going offline, affecting electricity supply in Narbal, Sanoor, Radbugh, Malpora, Kawoosa, Sozeith, Lawaypora, and adjoining areas.

KPDCL has urged residents of the affected areas to bear with the inconvenience, assuring that these upgrades are part of ongoing efforts to strengthen the power infrastructure in the region.
