Rahim Rather assesses status of damaged approach wall of Badipora Sogam Bridge

BUDGAM: Speaker, J&K Legislative Assembly, Abdul Rahim Rather, today visited Badipora Sogam to assess the status of the damaged approach wall of the Badipora Sogam Bridge, which collapsed recently due to heavy rainfall.

During the visit, the Speaker had a detailed appraisal of the ongoing works from the Executive Engineer of the concerned executing agency.

He directed them to maintain the high quality of restoration works on the bridge. He further asked them to avoid any further delay and complete the restoration works within the stipulated time frame.

Interacting with the local residents on the occasion, Abdul Rahim Rather assured them that the administration is committed towards resolving the infrastructure challenges efficiently.
