Rajouri: Police in Rajouri today said they have apprehended two individuals during a Naka checking at ITI naka of Police Station Sunderbani.

A police party while conducting routine checking intercepted a private vehicle (JK11D-8341) traveling from Jammu to Rajouri. During its search, police recovered approx 3.6 Kilograms of cannabis-like narcotic substance from their possession.

The accused have been identified as Liaqat Hussain, son of Ghulam Hussain, resident of Kotedhara Rajouri and Aftab Hussain, son of Fazal Hussain, resident of Saranoo Rajouri.

A case under relevant sections of NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station Sunderbani and investigation has been taken up.
