JAMMU: Deputy Chief Minister, Surinder Choudhary, has extended warm greetings to the people of Jammu and Kashmir on the auspicious occasion of Holi.

While emphasizing that the festival of colours symbolizes love, joy and harmony, he expressed optimism that Holi would bring happiness and prosperity into the lives of the people of Jammu and Kashmir.

The Deputy Chief Minister also hoped that people would celebrate the festival with enthusiasm while fostering unity and brotherhood among all communities.

Meanwhile, Minister for Agriculture Production and Rural Development, Javed Ahmad Dar, extended his hearty greetings to the people on the joyous occasion of Holi.

The Minister emphasized the significance of the festival in promoting communal harmony and brotherhood. He highlighted that Holi, as a festival of colours, reflects the rich cultural ethos of Jammu and Kashmir and strengthens the bonds of unity among people.

He urged everyone to celebrate the occasion with joy and goodwill, fostering peace, love, and mutual respect in society.

Meanwhile, Minister for Health and Medical Education, Social Welfare and Education, Sakeena Itoo extended her heartfelt greetings to the people of Jammu and Kashmir on the joyous festival of colours- Holi.

In her greetings, Sakeena Itoo that this occasion symbolizes the vibrant colours of our multicultural society and diversity. She added that on this joyous occasion let us embrace the spirit of togetherness, spread happiness and strengthen the bonds of harmony in our society.

The Minister also prayed for peace, progress and prosperity of entire Jammu and Kashmir.
