Budgam, July 03: Farmers in Beerwah area of Budgam district suffered heavy losses after strong winds, rain and hailstorm wreaked havoc in the district on Tuesday afternoon.
Eye witnesses told ‘Kashmir Images’ that torrential rains accompanied by winds and hailstorm damaged crops and rooftops in many Beerwah villages. However, no person was injured.
They said that heavy rains lashed in Beerwah, Sonpah, Zanigam, Aripathan, Saidpora, Danas and other villages.
