2 drug peddlers held in Baramulla

Srinagar: Police have arrested two drug peddlers in Baramulla and recovered contraband substance from their possession, an official handout informed Monday.

It said two persons — Imtiyaz Ahmad Mir, son of Abdul Ahad of Bernate, and Nadeem Ahmad Thokar, son of Ghulam Rasool, resident of Kalantra Bala Kreeri — riding a motorcycle, were arrested at Bernate, Boniyar (Uri) after 14 grams of cannabis-like substance was recovered from their possession.
