Jammu: Senior BJP leader and Rajya Sabha MP Er. Gulam Ali Khatana today said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has ensured representation for all sections of society in Jammu & Kashmir, including Kashmiri Pandits and refugees, by providing them a voice in the assembly.

Speaking as the chief guest at the Herath Milan-2025 event organized by the Youth All India Kashmiri Samaj in Jammu, Khatana emphasized that Dogras of Jammu and Kashmiri Muslims hold deep respect for Kashmiri Pandits. He noted that despite their painful displacement in the 1990s, Kashmiri Pandits continue to share strong ties with Kashmiri Muslims. He also praised the people of Jammu for extending immense respect and love to the displaced community.

He added that the Modi government is actively working toward the dignified return of Kashmiri Pandits to the Valley.

“Under Modi’s leadership, shutdowns, protests, and terrorism in Kashmir have become history,” he stated, adding that terrorism is in its final stages and that the remaining terrorists will soon be wiped out from the land of Sufism.

The event was attended by Cabinet Minister Satish Sharma, Advisor to the Chief Minister Nasir Sogami, Secretary Relief Dr. Syed Sehrish Asgar and other dignitaries.
