Sagar chairs meeting of Block Khanyar at Nawa-e-Subha

Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference General Secretary Ali Muhammad Sagar Thursday emphasized the vital role that party functionaries play as a crucial link between people and the government.

This he, according to the NC spokesperson, said while presiding over a meeting of office bearers meeting of Block Khanyar – (Old) at party headquarters Nawa-e-Subha. Provincial President YNC Kashmir and MLA Hazratbal Salman Ali Sagar were also present in the meeting.

Sagar urged party functionaries to serve as a vital link between the party and the people, encouraging them to continue their commendable work in addressing public concerns.

Emphasizing the importance of fulfilling the promises outlined in the party manifesto, Sagar assured that every commitment will be honored by the government in due time. He called upon party members to fortify their ranks and prepare for upcoming ULB elections.

Sagar reiterated that the government, under the leadership of Omar Abdullah, is dedicated to resolving employment and development issues, prioritizing the well-being of the citizens. Recognizing the challenges faced by the people over the past decade, Sagar acknowledged that progress cannot be achieved overnight but assured that the government will spare no effort in providing relief and support to the residents of Srinagar.

“The government is committed to facilitating administrative assistance and promoting overall growth for the betterment of our people,” he added.

On the occasion, Sagar sought feedback from party functionaries on various public and party-related issues. He assured swift resolution of all concerns.

Provincial Secretary Kashmir Syed Touqeer, Additional Spokesperson Sheikh Ovase, BP Khanyar Bashir Ahmed Wani, Coordinator Khanyar Abid Wani, Block President WW Haseena ji, Block Secretary Mehrajudin Bhat, All Parent and Youth Halqa presidents, Womens wing office bearers and other prominent youth leaders were present on the occasion.
