The statement said that while condemning the non-stop bloodshed of innocent unarmed young boys of Kashmir by army, SOG and police, Malik said that one more budding flower has been crushed but no one seems to bother or feel any regret on this human tragedy.

The statement quoted Malik as saying that on one hand innocents are killed on daily basis and on the other hand Indian rulers are employing every tactic to suppress peaceful voices of Kashmiris.

“NIA, ED, police and other agencies are being used to intimidate and suppress political struggle of Kashmiris and choke every little space that too in the name of so-called democracy and peace,” the statement quoted Malik as saying.

While expressing solidarity with Faizan’s father, mother and other members of the bereaved family, JKLF chairman said that the pain they are suffering from is unbearable but as Muslims we all believe in Sabr and endurance and are sure that Allah will never let these sacrifices go astray, added the statement.
