SRINAGAR: The Kashmir Power Distribution Corporation Limited (KPDCL) has announced a scheduled power shutdown in certain areas to facilitate ongoing work on the Wuyan Tap line.
According to the Chief Engineer, Distribution, KPDCL, the shutdown will affect the 33KV Pampore SIDCO Line, resulting in power outages at the Receiving Stations at Cement Plants Khrew and Industrial Estates (IE) Khrew. Consequently, electricity supply to the Industrial Estates of Khrew and Wuyan will remain disrupted from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on January 19, 2025.
Residents and industries in the affected areas are advised to make necessary arrangements to mitigate any inconvenience caused by the power outage.
