GANDERBAL, JUNE 27: – Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Nissar Ahmad Malik today convened a District Level RSETI’s Advisory Committee (DLRAC) meeting to review the performance of Jammu Kashmir Rural Self Employment Training Institute (RSETI).

The meeting was attended by district heads of allied departments, District Lead Bank Manager, Director RSETI, Manzoor ul Hussain Hamdani and all the members of DLRAC.

During the meeting, Director RSETI apprised the meeting that the institute has imparted training to 140 trainees comprising five batches out of which 35 percent were women, during the quarter ending March 2018.

Presiding over the meeting, the ACR Ganderbal stressed upon maintaining proper records and timely filing of a detailed report of activities taken up by the JK-RSETI in the district. He also asked the RSETI officials to involve local administration during programmes to garner more public participation.

Further, the meeting was informed that from April 2017 up to ending March 2018, a total number of 459 candidates have been imparted training, comprising 16 batches against a target of 360 candidates for the financial year.
