Srinagar: Police on Saturday arrested a 27-year-old woman near Khumani Chowk carrying about 3.65 grams of heroin.
Acting on specific intelligence, the police intercepted a 27-year-old woman in the Bund area between Gangbugh and Khumani Chowk, reports said.
During the search, police recovered 3.65 grams of heroin from her possession.
“Investigations have been initiated, and further actions as per legal proceedings have been taken up,” a police spokesman said.
