Srinagar, June 24: A 5 member delegation led by Prof. Bhim Singh, Chief Patron, J&K National Panthers Party, called on Governor N. N. Vohra at Raj Bhavan today.
Prof. Singh and his delegation assured Governor of their strong support for restoring peace and normalcy in the State. He raised reference to several matters which relate to promoting the interests of the State.
Prof. Singh urged Governor to act under the J&K Constitution and very early dissolve the State Assembly, which should be followed by conduct of elections to the State Assembly by the end of the year.
