We will protect people’s rights and address pressing public issues: Ashraf Mir

Srinagar: Apni Party Provincial President, Kashmir, Mohammad Ashraf Mir, on Wednesday, submitted his nomination papers from the Lal Chowk assembly seat.

On this occasion, he was accompanied by a large number of party workers and senior leaders, including the party’s Parliamentary Affairs Committee (PAC) Chairman, Mohammad Dilawar Mir.

After filing his nomination papers, Mohammad Ashraf Mir addressed media reporters, stating that the Apni Party is committed to protecting people’s rights and addressing pressing public issues.

He said, “If Apni Party receives a public mandate to serve the people, we will ensure the protection of fundamental and constitutional rights. Our manifesto clearly states that the Apni Party will reinstate laws that have been revoked or amended to weaken the powers of Jammu and Kashmir. Additionally, we are committed to releasing all detainees and announcing a general amnesty for youth facing legal cases. We will fill vacancies in government departments within six months of taking office and will implement a series of initiatives to address pressing public issues and grievances.”
