The Terrace will feature the exquisite talents of renowned Turkish Chef Gokhan, an 8th-generation Ottoman chef whose culinary heritage traces back to the illustrious kitchens of the Ottoman Empire. As an 8th generation Ottoman chef, Chef Gokhancarries forward a legacy that began during the height of the Ottoman Empire, when the chefs of the royal kitchen crafted masterpieces for the sultans. Honed by years of training and hard work, infused with exotic spices and intricate techniques, these dishes transcended borders, leaving a lasting legacy. Today, Ottoman cuisine’s legendary flavors shape modern Turkish culinary arts, and Chef Gokhan is proud to carry on this tradition.
