Four labourers injured after coming under landslide in Pahalgam

Srinagar:  Four employees were injured after they came under a landslide while maintaining the road in Chandenwari area of Pahalgam on Sunday.

An official told news agency Kashmir Scroll that four labourers who were working with the beacon department received injuries after they came under landslide while maintaining the road.

He said that labourers identified as Tariq Ahmad Khan S/o Noor Mohd Khan R/o Hyhama Kupwara, Tanveer Ahmad Khatana S/o Mehboob Ahmad Khatana R/o Awoora Kupwara, Naseer Ah Bajad s/o Abdul Hamid Bajad R/O Magam Handwara and Jahangir Ahmad cheechi S/O Mohd shafi cheechi R/O Tarthpora kupwara.

They were shifted to PHC pahalgam from where two were referred to SKIMS Soura for advanced treatment.

Meanwhile police have taken cognizance and started investigation.
