JKFA congratulates JKSC Football Academy on AIFF Blue Cubs Development Centre Project

Srinagar: The J&K Football Association (JKFA) is thrilled to congratulate JKSC Football Academy on its selection for the prestigious AIFF Blue Cubs Development Centre Project. 

Nominated by JKFA, this initiative marks a historic first for our region and is a significant step towards enhancing grassroots football talent.

The Blue Cubs Development Centre aims to nurture young footballers, providing them with professional training and exposure from an early age. This project will undoubtedly have a positive impact on the region, fostering a new generation of skilled footballers and elevating the overall standard of the game in Jammu & Kashmir.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to Ms. Nuzhat Gul, Secretary of the J&K Sports Council, for her unwavering dedication and tireless efforts. Since taking charge, Gul has been instrumental in driving numerous initiatives and working round the clock to promote sports in our region, particularly in far-flung areas. Her vision and commitment have been crucial in achieving this milestone. And her work has been instrumental in transforming the sports landscape in our region.

Additionally, we commend Ishfaq Ahmad (Ex-International Footballer and AFC Pro Coach, Head Coach SFA ), Majid Dar (Executive Officer Football, JKSC), and Javaid Ahmad (Coach SFA, JKSC) for their outstanding contributions and unwavering commitment to the development of football.

The JKFA, through its dedicated caretakers and stakeholders, has been continuously working towards the betterment of football and will persist in its efforts to bring more such development initiatives to fruition in the future. We look forward to seeing the positive effects of the Blue Cubs Development Centre and the bright future it promises for football in Jammu & Kashmir.
