The event was supervised by Mr. Jawad Ahmed, Chairman of DLSA Srinagar.

To manage the proceedings, two benches were constituted. The first bench was presided over by Mr. Mudasar Farooq (Special Mobile Magistrate/ PT&E Magistrate) Srinagar, and Mr. Raja Arshad Hamid (Additional Special Mobile Magistrate) Srinagar. The second bench was led by Ms. Lubna Sultan (Additional Special Mobile Magistrate (13th FC)) Panthachowk Srinagar, with the President of the Bar Association Panthachowk serving as a bench member.

During the Lok Adalat, a total of 11,204 cases related to traffic challans and electricity bills were taken up for disposal. Out of these, 10,814 cases were settled amicably, resulting in a settlement amount of Rs. 2,19,200.
