Srinagar: The swift deterioration of weather conditions in north Kashmir’s Tangmarg on Sunday afternoon culminated in a relentless barrage of heavy hailstones, inflicting severe damage to the vital agricultural sector.

The swathes of destruction left in the wake of the tempest extend across multiple areas, with Ferozpora, Chek Ferozpora, Chek Triran, Chandilora, and Wahipora bearing the brunt of nature’s fury. Additionally, the neighbouring locales of Tambarhama, Kulham, Darhama, Badrakot, Ringwali, Bamma Kohl, and Gogoldar were not spared from the wrath of the hailstorm.
