   General Observer Bla PC conducts thorough inspection of Control Room & MCMC

BARAMULLA: The General Observer for 1-Baramulla Parliamentary Constituency (PC), Deependra Singh Kushwah accompanied by the Returning Officer for the 1-Baramulla PC, Minga Sherpa today conducted a comprehensive inspection of the Control Room and the Media Certification and Monitoring Committee (MCMC) facilities.

During the inspection, Deependra Singh checked the log books, paper cuttings and other material pertaining to the media monitoring and was comprehensively briefed by the team members about the day-to-day operations.

Earlier, the General Observer, accompanied by Nodal Officer MCC, Syed Qamar Sajad and Dy District Election Officer, Ab Rehman Bhat today flagged off a cycle rally to ensure greater participation in the General Elections to Lok Sabha 2024.

The rally, initiated under the SVEEP (Systematic Voters’ Education and Electoral Participation) program from the DC office, garnered significant participation from students, a collective effort aimed at inspiring new voters to actively engage in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.

This initiative is part of a series of voter outreach programs organized by the District Administration under the SVEEP program, designed to educate and motivate voters to take part in the electoral process.
