Addressing the people in Chadoora, Budgam, Parra emphasized that it is time for young voters to break their silence and take control of their future. He stated that the people of Kashmir need to differentiate between those who have spoken up for their dignity, identity, and rights over the past five years, and those who have only sought to protect their own interests from investigations and summons.

Parra accused certain leaders and parties of being created on the day when the rights and dignity of Kashmiris were snatched away. He criticized them for leading lavish lives while leaders of PDP faced scrutiny, Summons and harassment. Parra stressed that this election is not merely about roads, power, and other material aspects, but about who will vehemently advocate for the rights and dignity of Kashmiris in parliament.

Parra said that the time for silence is over. It’s time for you to take charge of your future. Till now, your voices have been drowned and ignored, but the young generation needs to stand up now and support the future they deserve. By voting for PDP, you will become part of a people’s movement that will represent your concerns and issues from Kashmir to Delhi. We will stand up against the injustice and inequality with Kashmiris and will fight for their rights in Parliament, Parra added.

“We promise to represent your aspirations if voted into power,” he asserted. Parra reiterated that the PDP represents the aspirations of the people and has always stood with them during challenging times. He emphasized that this Lok Sabha election is not just about developmental issues such as electricity, water, and roads. “Instead, it is about addressing larger issues of dignity, identity, property, and resources of the region.”
