SRINAGAR: The Joint Directorate of Information Kashmir Saturday expressed deep grief and sorrow over the demise of Editor- Subha Kashmir, Nazir Ahmad Wani, who breathed his last Saturday after battling a kidney ailment.
In this connection a condolence meeting was held under the chairmanship of Joint Director Information Kashmir, Mohammad Aslam.
The chair expressed deep sorrow and grief over the demise and extended condolences to the bereaved family, especially his son, Zubair Nazir and prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul
The meeting remembered his services to the public and other philanthropic endeavours.
Deputy Director Information (PR), Ahsan ul Haq Chisti; Cultural Officer, Burhan Hussain and other officers and officials also participated in the condolence meeting. They extended sympathies to the bereaved family and prayed for peace to the departed soul.
