Srinagar: The Appointments Committee of Cabinet on Saturday appointed Raj Kumar Goyal, an IAS officer of erstwhile J&K cadre, as Secretary, Department of Border Management, Ministry of Home Affairs.
According to an order, a copy of which is in possession KNO, Goyal has been posted as Secretary, Department of Border Management, MHA.
