Jammu, Jun 08: A suspected narcotics smuggler was arrested in Udhampur district and six grams of heroin was recovered from his possession, police said today.
Rifaqat was intercepted at Devika bridge last night after police received a tip off, they said.
He was arrested on the spot and a case was registered against him, they added.
