Sheikh Tajamul secures second term as President in Heewan Cricket Association elections

Heewan: The pulse of the Heewan Cricket Association quickened on Sunday as the highly anticipated presidential elections unfolded, ultimately reaffirming Sheikh Tajamul’s leadership for a second term. The dynamic young cricketer and adept cricket affairs manager navigated the electoral arena with finesse, securing a decisive victory.

Under the watchful eyes of the administrative wing of the Heewan Cricket Association, the democratic process saw a robust turnout, with 130 out of 186 eligible voters actively participating. Sheikh Tajamul emerged triumphant, commanding a significant lead with 86 votes, while his opponent, Manzoor Ahmad Dar, secured 51 votes. The young president outpaced his rival by an impressive margin of 35 votes.

The electoral ambiance brimmed with enthusiasm as ardent supporters of Sheikh Tajamul joyously celebrated his victory. The passionate cricket enthusiasts, gathered in the vicinity, fervently shouted slogans in favor of the elected president, underscoring the overwhelming support and confidence bestowed upon him by the cricketing community.

 Beyond securing his second term, Sheikh Tajamul’s victory solidifies his standing as a pivotal figure within the Heewan Cricket Association. It also serves as a testament to the trust and belief members have in his capacity to guide the association toward greater heights.
