Srinagar: Police have arrested a drug peddler in Baramulla and recovered contraband substances from his possession, a police spokesperson informed Saturday.
At a checkpoint established at Kripalgarh Singhpora, police intercepted and later arrested a person identified as Adil Manzoor Sheikh, son of Manzoor Ahmad Sheikh of Iqbal Colony Singhpora Pattan, after 110 grams of contraband cannabis powder-like substance was recovered from his possession, police said, adding a case has been registered in this regard.
