Dy Mayor SMC reviews status of macadamization at Khanqah Moula, Kalashpora

SRINAGAR: The Deputy Mayor of Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC), Parvaiz Ahmad Qadri, visited Khanqah Moula and Kalashpora Srinagar to review the status of the ongoing macadamization of the road from Qaziyar Chowk Bhori Kadal to Fateh Kadal via K Moula Srinagar.

The Deputy Mayor thanked the R&B Circular Roads Division for incorporating the macadamization Plan with their current macadamization plan.

Locals and representatives of the area on the occasion requested the development of lanes and by-lanes besides the installation & repairing of street lights in their vicinity.

Qadri also visited Government High School Kalashpora Srinagar where the administration of the school apprised the Deputy Mayor Srinagar regarding the lack of infrastructure. He assured the school management that the matter will be taken up with the Principal Secretary to the Government School Education Department.

The Deputy Mayor, Srinagar gave on spot directions to the concerned officers to take appropriate necessary action with respect to the issues pertaining to each of them and directed for redressal of all the grievances as requested by the representatives of the area.
