Srinagar: In wake of the theft and burglary cases, Srinagar Police on Wednesday appealed to people to install CCTV cameras, terming it as biggest tool in solving the cases.

Srinagar police on its official Twitter handle, as per the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) said that those who can afford should install CCTV cameras as it is the biggest tool in investigation and solving the case.

“There have been case of theft/ burglaries in houses/Shops in city, these were invariably without any CCTV cameras. Some cases were solved & recoveries were made. Advicing all those who can afford, to install CCTV cameras as it is biggest tool in investigation & solving the case,” police tweeted—(KNO)
