JAMMU: Advisor to Lieutenant Governor, Rajeev Rai Bhatnagar, has extended his warm greetings to the people of Jammu and Kashmir on the auspicious occasion of Navratri.

In his greetings, Advisor Bhatnagar said that this nine-day-long festival, dedicated to Goddess Durga, is one of the most significant festivals in the country as it symbolizes the victory of good over evil and the celebrations of the triumph of righteousness over wrongdoing.

The Advisor noted that Navratri is a time for reflection and renewal, and an opportunity to come together as a nation to celebrate our shared cultural heritage. “It is a time for us to come together as a community, to celebrate our shared traditions and values, and to rededicate ourselves to the principles of justice, equality, and peace,” Advisor said.

The Advisor also prayed for the progress and prosperity of the entire Jammu and Kashmir.
