Jammu, March 20: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has extended his warm greetings to the people, especially the members of the Parsi community, on the occasion of Navroz.
In his message, the Lt Governor said that the auspicious occasion of Navroz symbolizes new beginnings and celebration of seasons, an official spokesman said.
“May the festival bring happiness, health and prosperity to all,” the spokesman quoted LG as saying.
