Srinagar, May 22: Government has ordered placement of Mohammad Saleem Shisghar, Secretary to the Government, Department of Culture as Commissioner Secretary to the Government, Department of Culture.
Meanwhile, in a separate order Basharat Saleem, Member, J&K Special Tribunal (Jammu) has been transferred and posted on deputation as Director of Census Operations (DCO) Director of Citizen Registration (DCR), Jammu and Kashmir.
