Deputy Mayor Sgr reviews dev works, other civic services provided by SMC

SRINAGAR: The Deputy Mayor Srinagar, Parvaiz Ahmad Qadri along with Corporators Zubair Fayaz Dar (Doulatabad) and Gulshan Abroo (Munawarabad) and accompanied by Joint Commissioner (Works), SMC and other officers/officials today visited Bagh-I-Roop Singh, Mirza Bagh, Miskeen Bagh, Poshbagh Colony and Konkhan Srinagar and took on spot review of development works and other civic services being provided by SMC.

On this occasion, the representatives of these areas requested the Deputy Mayor, Srinagar to construct/repair various culverts at Bagh-I-Roop Singh and Poshbagh Colony Srinagar. They also demanded the reconstruction of the damaged pipe drain at Bagh-I-Roop Singh Srinagar

Demanding augmentation of water facilities, the representatives demanded the laying of a new tap water pipeline at Bagh-I-Roop Singh Srinagar

They also demanded the construction of a damaged lane and drain at Bagh-I-Roop Singh, Mirza Bagh, Miskeen Bagh Poshbagh Colony and Konkhan Srinagar besides side development at Konkan Srinagar.

The Deputy Mayor, Srinagar gave on-the-spot directions to the concerned officers to take appropriate necessary action with respect to the issues pertaining to each of them and directed for redressal of the above-mentioned grievances requested by the representatives.

The Dy. Mayor assured representatives of full cooperation from the Srinagar Municipal Corporation.
