Anantnag: Anantnag Working Journalists Association (AWJA) on Sunday paid rich tributes to the noted journalist, poet & writer Maqbool Veeray on his 3rd death anniversary.
AWJA described the late Veeray as a personality who guided young journalists to flourish with enthusiasm and expertise. “He always remained at the forefront to highlight public issues through Shaherbeen and other media platforms. His departure has caused a big void in the field of journalism which can never be fulfilled.”
AWJA prayed for eternal peace in the departed soul.
