Srinagar: Police on Sunday said it has arrested a drug peddler and also recovered contraband substance from his possession in Ganderbal.
A police party during patrolling on Tulmulla road arrested a drug-peddler identified as Wahid Bashir Dar, son of Bashir Ahmad Dar of Masherpora. During his search, 2.3 Kgs of crushed ‘Bungpatri’ concealed in a nylon bag was recovered from his possession, police said in a statement.
