Srinagar: Sixty four fresh cases of Covid-19 were reported from Jammu and Kashmir on Friday taking the the total number of positive cases to 478626, officials said.

They said that 15 fresh cases were reported from Jammu and 49 from Kashmir division.

“Out of 478626 positive cases, 552 are active positive (152 in Jammu and 400 in Kashmir Division), 473290 have recovered and 4784 have died (2351 in Jammu and 2433 in Kashmir division),” said the officials.

Providing district-wise breakup, the officials said that Srinagar reported 17 cases, Baramulla 11 cases, Budgam 06 cases, Pulwama 07 cases, Kupwara 04 cases, Shopian reported 02 cases, Anantnag and Bandipora one case each while as Ganderbal and Kulgam reported no fresh case.

In Jammu division, Jammu reported 11 cases, Udhampur 01, Rajouri 01, Doda 01, Kathua 01 while as Samba, Kishtwar, Poonch, Ramban and Reasi reported no fresh.

The officials further said that 10,370 doses of Covid vaccines have been administered in the last 24 hours across Jammu and Kashmir bringing the cumulative number of doses administered till date to 2,44,16,113.
